Vision Edits – Wedding Photo Culling & Editing Service

1. Definitions

“Vision Edits”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Vision Edits.

“Client”, “you” refers to any photographer or business using our services.

“Services” refers to photo culling, editing, sneak peeks, subscriptions and related services.

2. Scope of Services

Vision Edits provides professional photo culling and editing services for photographers.

The exact scope of work will be agreed in writing before work begins.

We do not provide photography services, client delivery services, or album design unless agreed separately.

3. Orders & Booking

By submitting files or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All work is subject to availability and acceptance by Vision Edits.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are:

  • Sneak peeks: 24–48 hours

  • Culling: 2–5 working days

  • Full editing: 7–14 working days

These times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must:

  • Provide complete and accessible files

  • Ensure files are backed up before sending

  • Clearly communicate editing style and preferences

Vision Edits is not responsible for corrupted files, missing files, or poor-quality originals.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions are included within 7 days of delivery.

Major changes or style alterations may be charged separately.

7. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.

For subscription plans:

  • Subscriptions are fixed for 12 months

  • Payments are due monthly

  • Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the initial 12-month term

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • No refunds are offered once work has commenced

  • No refunds for unused subscription months or weddings

  • No refunds for completed edits

9. Intellectual Property

All images remain the intellectual property of the Client.

Vision Edits does not claim ownership of Client images.

We may request permission to use edited images for portfolio or marketing purposes.

No images will be used without written consent.

10. Confidentiality

All Client files and information are treated as confidential.

We will not share files with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Liability

Vision Edits is not liable for:

  • Loss of data due to file transfer platforms

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or reputation

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including technical failures, illness, or natural disasters.

13. Termination

Vision Edits reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
