Vision Edits – 12-Month Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which Vision Edits (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides ongoing culling and editing services to the subscriber (“you”, “the Client”). By signing up for any subscription plan, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subscription Plans & Pricing (12-Month Contract)

All subscription options have a 12-month minimum term and cannot be cancelled during this period.

Starter Plan – £295 per month

  • Includes up to 2 weddings per month

  • Standard turnaround times

  • Discounted rates for sneak peeks and additional weddings

Pro Plan – £595 per month

  • Includes up to 4 weddings per month

  • Free sneak peeks

  • Priority delivery

  • Discount on additional weddings

Max Plan – £895 per month

  • Includes up to 6 weddings per month

  • Priority delivery

  • Best pricing for additional weddings

  • Suitable for studios or high-volume photographers

All prices are per calendar month and may be subject to VAT (depending on HMRC requirements).

2. Contract Length

All subscription plans are a fixed 12-month contract.

  • The subscription cannot be cancelled until the full 12 months have been completed.

  • After the initial 12-month period, the subscription will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless you notify us in writing with at least 30 days’ notice to cancel.

3. Payments

  • Payment is taken monthly via direct debit, standing order, or subscription invoice.

  • Payments must be made on time each month in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

  • Failure to pay may result in a temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

4. What’s Included

Each edited wedding includes:

  • Professional culling (if required)

  • Lightroom editing to match your style or presets

  • Exposure, colour, tone and white balance adjustments

  • Light retouching where appropriate

  • Delivery as a Lightroom catalogue or exported JPEGs or RAWS

Turnaround times will be agreed in advance, depending on workload and busy seasons.

5. Additional Weddings / Out-of-Plan Work

If you exceed the number of weddings included in your plan, additional work will be charged at a discounted per-wedding rate, agreed at the time of booking.

6. Image Transfer & Storage

  • Files may be transferred via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or Lightroom catalogue.

  • All images are handled confidentially.

  • We do not store galleries permanently; the Client must download and back up copies upon delivery.

7. Termination

  • Subscriptions cannot be cancelled before the end of the 12-month contract.

  • If a Client chooses to stop sending weddings, the monthly payment remains due until the contract term is completed.

  • In the event of non-payment or breach of this Agreement, Vision Edits reserves the right to suspend services.

8. Refunds

  • As this is a service-based 12-month contract, no refunds or partial refunds are offered for unused weddings or months.

9. Liability

  • We take great care with all files; however, Vision Edits is not responsible for lost files due to corrupted uploads, failed transfers, or third-party transfer platforms.

  • We are not liable for any indirect loss, loss of income, or damages arising from delays.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be handled through the UK courts.

11. Acceptance

By subscribing to any Vision Edits plan, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agree to all terms in this Agreement, including the 12-month non-cancellable requirement.
